Le Rose was founded by an Australian team who had spent years guiding clients through property at home, and who arrived in Dubai struck by both the opportunity and the noise.
The market was extraordinary. The advice, too often, was not. Buyers were processed quickly and followed up rarely. We set out to build the opposite: an agency small enough to know every client by name, and principled enough to say so when a deal was wrong.
A decade on, Le Rose remains deliberately boutique. We have grown by reputation rather than by volume, and we intend to keep it that way.
